My husband has the s22 ultra and is technology challenged and not good with change. The new and latest update to One UI 7 changed the format for his contacts. On the previous version the right side of contacts had the alphabet listed and he could just tap the letter and it would go to the contacts listed under that letter. Now the letters are gone and it speed rolls when he runs his thumb down the line and when he stops to go back it will call the person he stopped on. He is ready to throw his phone or break it. My husband has a business and this is his means of communication. Help me. I am ready to break his phone because of all the agitation it is causing our home.

The letters are still available in the Contacts app. While scrolling a scrollbar will appear on the right with dots.

Press and hold on a dot then the corresponding letter will appear (depending on your current position in your contacts list) and you can then swipe up or down to access the letter you want.

I truly hope this helps 🙏 mSUcojHPhm.jpg
