Is anyone else having major issues with the Amazon music app? Not only does it load extremely slow, if at all sometimes, I can't use some of its features. I can't get it to connect to any of my Echo devices. It'll say it's connected but play the music through my phone. I've done all the troubleshooting things and I still can't get it to work. I'm about to cancel my subscription and find a new music platform.

Having issues with Amazon music app or related features, I recommend reaching out to Amazon support directly either through the website/app or calling 1-888-280-4331.

I have and have gotten nowhere...that was why I posted here. To see if someone else has had the same problems and can maybe point me in the right direction of fixing it.

Galaxy S22@CrisRose I use Amazon music app with my phone and headset and car. I haven't had any issues with those scenarios.
Shouldn't the Echo have an independent connection to your Amazon account and therefore your Amazon music setup?
