LockScreen keeps switching back default live video

I recently changed my lock screen last weekend. I figured out I could use more than one photo as my background and picked 5. Before doing that I had no issues. Now randomly when I go to pick up my phone the background has switched to the yellow default video. I have no idea why and no idea how to stop it but it's getting very frustrating trying to fix it everyday.
