No Custom Notification Sounds

I just received the Samsung S22 Ultra in late May this year, and i absolutely love it more than my old phone. 

There's only one minor problem. This device used to let me change notification sounds for each app. But after some software updates, the setting is nowhere to be seen.

     Turn This On:
⁃   Settings  ≻
⁃   Notifications  ≻
⁃   Advanced Settings  ≻
⁃   Turn "Manage Notification
     Categories for Each App" On.

It's off by default with UI 6.1.

The options off by default, need to re-enable it in the notification settings under advanced settings
