Hello,

New here, received the ui7 update, since then Bluetooth devices connect intermittently, I have to restart my phone before they connect again, some times it seems like they are connected, then I answer a call or make a call, and  the Bluetooth device will not pick up the call and cannot connect even using the phone screen option. I try to turn it on (as the audio person and Google Assistant portion works), but that doesn't make a difference, then I have to restart my phone for Bluetooth to work again - additionally I noticed when I'm having this issue other Bluetooth devices may not be connecting properly at all....this is frustrating as I drive for a living and use a headset.. has anyone else had a similar issue or does anybody have ideas that could help solve this issue?..

I have restarted phone, and it will solve the issue temporarily.. I have unpaired the device and repaired, that does not solve, only restarting the phone solves it, but temporarily.

Thank you in advance.

I completely unpaired everything deleted my headphones from the Bose app itself from my phone, deleted and reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, factory data reset everything, and still having the same problems. I can't get my phone to repair with my Ford f250 at all. Even after deleting it from the car and phone. It will find it and then I will try to click on it to pair it ( at that point a code is supposed to pop up and pair) and it says connection failed every time. Sometimes after I had done the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth setting reset, I can get it to connect to my Dodge journey. But that is if I go out and start the car for the day. After I go somewhere and turn the car off and then go back to the car again I cannot get it to reconnect.

I noticed my bluetooth wouldn't connect in my car or when it did, it would disconnect when I turned it off.  It also wouldn't connect to my ear buds.  I just reset wi-fi and bluetooth settings.  We'll see if that fixed the issue permanently.  Thanks for this info.

I'm also having issues connecting to multiple bt devices including my car. I've found that if I restart my phone, everything works great for a time, and then slowly becomes unable to connect. I use a lot of Bluetooth devices for work and personal stuff. This is a major issue for me.

It will auto connect every now and again. I reset my wifi and Bluetooth still having issues. Android needs to fix with a patch.

Same here! I noticed it first yesterday with my 2014 Acadia, the Acadia sent out a pairing code, the phone screen never brought up a request....thought maybe the update on the Galaxy S22+ didn't support old tech in the Acadia.

Today, I can't connect to my 2025 Rav4 either.  I go to connect, the car displays a pairing code, waits, waits, waits, meanwhile, I make sure my phone is scanning for BT items.  Phone finds nothing, car gives up...THEN the stupid phone shows a pairing request from the car and when I click on it, the phone says, "device is no longer available."

This happens repeatedly with the pairing request showing up on the phone only after the car has given up.

I had no problem with my galaxy buds and used my JBL clip 3 the other day with no problems though...

Unfortunately, I'm having the same issue with my Galaxy watch 5 pro with my S22 ultra and it seems that the only mild fix is to reset the watch to factory settings which is a pain, and even then, that only sometimes works. Hopefully they'll have a fix soon!

So now what? Cleared the cache, reset Bluetooth, restarted phone (multiple times for each of these recommendations) and still have the same issue. About done with Samsung and Google.
