Respected Team,
I am writing to report a serious hardware issue on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra that appeared immediately after a recent official software update. A vertical line has developed on the display, which is a widely known issue across the S22 series following official updates.
I want to emphasize that my device is in absolute mint condition. There are no scratches, dents, or signs of physical or liquid damage on the body or the screen. It is evident that this line is a result of a software-induced hardware failure or a manufacturing defect triggered by the update, rather than any user-inflicted damage.
As a loyal Samsung user, I find it unacceptable to face such quality issues on a premium flagship. I am aware that Samsung India is providing a one-time free screen replacement for this specific issue to ensure customer satisfaction.
Given the flawless physical state of my phone, I request you to authorize a free-of-cost display replacement at an authorized service center in Ernakulam, Kerala.
Device Details:
Model: Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra
IMEI: [HIDDEN]
Current Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

Galaxy S22@Dev764689 It is never a good idea to post your IMEI in a public discussion area. Unfortunately you have landed in the user to user discussion group for Samsung US products and services. To find the discussion group for your geographical area, visit https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite/
