Knox Matrix is draining the battery and overheating the phone. Impossible to work that way. I hope that Samsung publish an update soon to fix this. I'm concerned that the battery can start expanding or leaking because it is to hot and i need to keep the phone charging to go thru my work shift. Really bad situation...

Fair. Do you know when the next patch to fix the UI One Version 7 battery issues will be? All of this started once I got that update

No clue. No one here has any official information on release dates or features contained.

Is anyone else having that same issue along with the battery drain?

@userocyyQoKevk You turn your phone on and off multiple times a day? Is there a reason? This is not typical user behavior.

Not shutting it down. Just turning off the screen. Earlier turned the screen off once when my phone was at 45% turned screen on 43%, then 41% and so on and so forth

1. Battery drains super quick

2. Won't charge above 70% for the last 1 hr without battery protection on

24 Ultra. Since the new update my phone has started to overheat. Im only using GPS, and it's cooler in my car than the outside. The update also changed my pull-down screen, I hate it. Now, it's hard to edit photos because it keeps dragging it down my app/ notification bar. It was never an issue before. Ideally, there would be a way to REVERT THE PROGRAM BACK. Whatever "improvements" that were made are actually detrimental to not only the functionality but the life of my phone.

You can change the pull-down menu panel back to how it was in the panel settings. As far as the battery drain goes, I'm having the same problem.1747269389958.jpg

Same, since last update battery drains quickly, running hotter than normal. I have battery saver on but it won't allow me to change screen timeout unless I turn off battery saver. A Tiktok-er helped me fix the pull down view but I don't remember how I did it now. Had to reconfigure my pull down options because everything had moved.
