Galaxy S23Hi.. i have a s23 and since they have forced the camera app to update, without the ability to revert, I've been having issues switching between cameras/lens/Resolutions. I have 3 rear lenses and 1 front lense. But i can only flip between front and back or back only has 12MP and 50MP. Telephoto, ultrawide, & Wide are the options on 12MP. While Wide is the only option for 50MP. This only uses 2 of the rear lenses. You (Samsung) have removed functionality of this device. Updates ruin things! Haven't you figured that out yet?!?!

Galaxy S23Hello all, thanks for reaching out about this. There are some troubleshooting steps to see if these features were actually removed in an update, or the result of things like third-party applications and the like. Give the troubleshooting here a try (regardless of not getting an error, these steps will help just the same): https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001329/
If the troubleshooting is ineffective, you can submit an error report via the Samsung Members app: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
