I have a Samsung S23 Ultra and now cannot access my secure folder with the correct password. I have cleared the Cache and data and it does not prompt me to reset password. Can someone help?
IMPORTANT If you did not activate " Reset with Samsung account " option when you set your security method, the Forgot prompt will not appear and you will not be able to recover access to your secure folder.
This is crazy! Makes no sense was on with Samsung even went to U break I fix because Samsung said the can go back before the update but nothing. I've used this folder on 4 phones never and issue, never even thought it could happen with a app that is on the phone already.
