Need help how do I get my regular keyboard back

What keyboard is missing

The letters are all misplaced

The y is where the z should be

None of the letters are in their right spot

@GypsyLady78 It sounds like your keyboard has changed to Qwertz. To change it back to Qwerty:

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on General management
3. Click on Samsung Keyboard settings
4. Click on Languages and types
5. Click on English (US)
6. Select Qwerty
