Galaxy S23Device: Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
Software Version: One UI 8.5
Issue Description:
After updating to One UI 8.5, the device does not correctly detect user interaction. While I am actively using the phone and touching the screen, the inactivity timer is not reset. As a result, the screen enters screen timeout mode and locks according to the configured timeout period.
The touchscreen itself is working normally. Touch input is recognized by apps, scrolling works, and the device responds correctly. However, the system behaves as if there has been no user activity and eventually turns off and locks the screen.
This issue started only after updating to One UI 8.5 and did not occur on previous versions.
Please investigate the screen timeout / user activity detection behavior on Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Galaxy S23@mohammadrazani Have you tried rebooting your device? That often cures a lot of odd issues.
Have you tried booting in safe mode? If it works properly while booted in safe mode, you know that some 3rd party software is causing it.

Galaxy S23After following @LongHiker 's recommendation, if still having issues and you want someone to investigate it, send an error report immediately after the issue is replicated. Error report can be reached by going to the support tab in the member's app or by long pressing the member's app icon on your screen and selecting "error reports" from the menu. Your logs are collected and sent automatically, so don't close the app until the you get the notification that the log was fully uploaded.
