S23 restarting and software issues after One UI8 update

I have T-mobile and have just recently downloaded the new UI 8 update to my s23 ultra. My phone is now bugged and is restarting on its own and saying there are serious software issues. Is anyone else having the same problem?

No phine cache it takes about a minute to do

Very easy with the phone turned off press at same time the power button and the top volume button after few seconds a screen should appear use the volume up or volume down once on this screen to choose go down to the clear cache option than press the power button to confirm or start takes few seconds next screen choose the restart option than power button and all done

Does it reset the phone to factory settings or is all my stuff going to stay?

It like clearing cookies in browser it just gets rid of temp files or clears out files not needed
