Galaxy S23My USB settings are grayed out and I cannot connect my S23 to my laptop for file transfer. Any ideas how to change the settings so that I can access and use the USB port on my S23 phone?

Galaxy S23On your phone's notification panel click USB Charging
Click Transferring files
You should now be able to access your files on your laptop.

Galaxy S23Thanks for the quick answer.
Unfortunately, I don't see the USB Charging notification on the notification panel, I actually don't see any USB related notifications. It is like the phone isn't connected at all when connected with my laptop via a USB cable, and I have tried several different cables.

Galaxy S23Thanks!
Auto Blocker is already off, but that didn't help.

Galaxy S23Yes, I can get to developer options, but I don't see anything about USB there. I have just installed Samsung USB driver on my laptop, but that didn't help. I think I need to bring my phone to a professional to check if the USB port is working.

Galaxy S23I am assuming that other USB devices are seen by your laptop, right?

Galaxy S23Yes, my other USB devises are seen by my laptop.
I don't see the default USB configuration under Developer settings.
