WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business is not Showing in Dual Messenger

Hello Everyone,

I recently bought a S23 Ultra and my dual messenger option is not showing WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business to clone the app. It's showing other apps, but not showing WhatsApp or facebook or Facebook Messenger, Whats the solution?

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We undertsand the importance of being able to use the dual messenger function. Supported apps should appear in the Available list once they are installed on the phone.

Are any of the apps hidden or in the Secure Folder?

Have you tried clearing the app cache for Dual Messenger, Facebook, and Whatsapp? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

Thanks, I bought this new phone, I already cleared cache of WhatsApp and Facebook but I cant find clear cache option for dual messenger.

Thank you for clarifying where you are having difficulties in the troubleshooting. Have you tried Settings > Apps > 3 dots on top right > Show system apps > Dual Messenger > Clear cache > Restart the device ?

You can also, with Show system apps checked, just type for and search for Dual messenger. It should have a mostly red app icon.
