So i was trying to do chat support through SMS. Since tech support told me its the only way I can talk to someone that is in accounts since my issue was in account. Well its sucks. It will not allow me to finish answering a question. It also keeps ending the chat saying I have clicked out of the text bubble. I am assuming this is a AI and I was told its supposed to be a live agent.
