Galaxy S24On Vivid press advanced options and slide the bar to your saturated likeness...
Though it may not get as vibrant as your S21FE but will be closer..
Samsung had this idea of having more natural colors on their displays.. when they first released the s24 series there wasn't an option to make the display as vibrant as you can now after the first software update.
