Follow up on an Error Report I submitted

I sent an error report via the Samsung Members app on 8/24/2025, and received the below response. I do not see an option on this report to send another message like I do on my other reports that have been raised to the developers. How can I follow up on this report?

 
"Thank you for submitting the error report. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused you. We have raised this issue to our Developers for further evaluation. We will get back to you as soon as an update becomes available."

They will close some reports and leave others open. For example, they may leave a report open for replies if they want logs, pics, or video. If this one is closed, it's closed.

@Ben_H I have never seen a response to a report that you could reply to. All of the responses are one direction... from Samsung to you. Per the wording in the response, Samsung is leaving the report open so that they can add responses to it in the future. 

Even if you submit a report which is missing logs and other details, IME you will not be able to reply. In that situation, you will just need to create a new report.

Use Facebook Messenger,  what I plan on doing.  Funny how a Samsung phone won't keep a Samsung app that millions love. Shame on you Samsung!
