Whenever I swip a notifcation up to dismiss it when it appear the quick panel is visible for like a quick second. I've tried swiping right and left and the notifications completely disappear and I don't want that. Is there a way to fix this or is it just the way the phone operates
What do you mean? If you swipe away a notification, it will disappear. If you mean that they are disappearing before you swipe to dismiss, like when you pull down the notification panel, then that's a problem.
You can visit your notification history in either of two ways: 1. Go to settings/notifications/advanced settings/notification history Or 2. Download Good Lock's Notistar module and it will save all your notifications for a period you specify.
