ALARM NOTIFICATIONS

Why in the world do yall have notifications that tell me my upcoming alarm is about to go off? I have my phone on dnd so i hear nothing. An hour before my alarm goes off im awakened by notifications of my upcoming alarm. Loud af. Woke me up an hour before I wanted. I am tired of this problem

 I tried turning notifications off in general for my alarm and the entire alarm didnt make any sounds. I hate that i had to switch to android. Please fix this issue. It is a very serious one. thank you.

You can disable them, but you have to enable Notification categories first.

Settings > Notifications > advanced settings > Manage notification categories for each app > ON

THEN

Settings > Notifications > App notifications > clock > Notification categories> Upcoming alarms > OFF
