My phones notifies me when notifications come thru for, email, social media , everything but text message notifications. I have double checked to make sure notifications are turned on..has anyone had this problem, or have any salutions.
It means the recipient is also using RCS in Google messages and if the two circles are blue, the message was read. If they are not, the message has been delivered but has not been read yet.
