I am contacting you regarding a persistent multi-touch issue I have encountered on my Samsung Galaxy S24 FE, which I purchased approximately one month ago. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts and even a full system update, the issue remains unresolved.
:wrench: Issue Summary:
While playing FPS games such as PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty Mobile, where two-thumb controls are essential (left thumb for movement, right for camera), the device exhibits severe touch instability when both thumbs are used simultaneously. The screen begins to jitter or shake uncontrollably, making it nearly impossible to aim or control movement properly.
This appears to be a multi-touch related issue, as single-finger input performs normally.
