Have uninstalled and reinstalled from both playstore and galaxy store...nothing is working! And besides not working on ringtone, won't work on samsung music app either...fails to play. Even if I download another app for music, the ringtone + only goes to sound picker for song choices. Have already searched for fixes and the one on Reddit and Samsung help about 3 dots at top right, clear cache etc...doesn't work either. Please help.
Samsung changed the codec's that they support a little while back, causing incompatibility with specific music file formats. Try converting the files to MP3 or a supported file format, and then they should work.
I was going through sound picker and was surprised to find that my voicemails and voice texts were here... Along with music I had downloaded. I send a msg+ of a recording to a friend and when I returned to sound picker, my music was ALL gone. I'm still using my S21ultra. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Ty
