Video playback cant fast forward in Legacy Video Seekbar

 Old videos brought over from s22 ultra…   Gallery, Settings, Gallery Labs, Filmatrip in Viewer turned on, Video Player Mode on Filmstrip  Legacy Video Seekbar turned on.  When playing a video and using the seekbar on bottom and trying to drag it forward, it just restarts the video feom beginning no matter where you slide the bar to.

New recordered video playback gallery app keeps crashing.

What IA the best way to do this? I, maybe naively, thought samsung looked at these forums. Is there a different method you suggest

When it force closes there might be an option called report issue
