Galaxy S24Good morning,
I purchased an S24 that's updated to Android 14. I've tried everything to update it, but nothing works.
Neither from the phone nor with Smart Switch, it says there are no updates for my phone and it's stuck on 2024 with ONE UI 6.4.
I checked the CSC and it's XAA.
Model: SM-S921UZKAXAU
I live in Italy, and Italian support told me to contact you.
I can't update the phone at all. Is there any way I can fix this?

Galaxy S24@Alexprinzy So you are using a US carrier phone with an European carrier. The problem is that the US carrier phone is going to look for updates to the US carrier's firmware. The phone will not find that while using a European SIM.
The solution is to insert a SIM card for the carrier firmware installed on the phone and then check for a software update. The SIM card does not have to have active service. Inserting the SIM card will tell the phone to look for updates on the carrier's update servers,

Galaxy S24The Samsung Members Community in Italy told me to contact you because they can't do anything since they're a US CSC!
Fantastic Samsung support!

Galaxy S24LongHiker's solution worked. I inserted a T-Mobile SIM and connected to Wi-Fi. I signed up on the T-Mobile portal with my phone's IMEI, and the updates started immediately.
Thanks

Galaxy S24So if I buy this SIM on Amazon and put it in my phone, even if I'm on Wi-Fi, will it download the update?
