Beta program help

Joined beta, got 8.5, then for some reason I was booted out or may be clicked and removed myself from beta program. No not getting any updates. What can I do? 

- restore is not an option as have some data that can not be backed up. 

- is there an easy way to get none beta version without reset?

- how can I get back on beta to get updates?

@L3van1, If you joined the beta and then left, you'd need to use SmartSwitch on a PC to put 8.0 back on your phone. This means you'll have to factory reset to get rid of 8.5, but first, make sure you've hit the "exit beta" button in the Members app. Once SmartSwitch is done, you'll start getting updates again. The reason you're not getting them now is because you're on 8.5, and all the current updates are older than what you have.

Just got an update, does this mean i'm no longer beta?

This is the version I got. Also smart switch did not give option of resetting or downgrading.
