I traded in my S 24 ultra for an S 25. The bottom navigation buttons don't work. I have to hit them 10-15 times to get it to respond. I can't figure out how to even get a hold of Samsung. My battery life is messed up also

If by chance you are using a screen protector, go to settings/display and then scroll down to touch sensitivity and toggle that on.

Ok, if you are using a screen protector, it may be to thick to register touches or in your case, touching multiple times to get the sensor to register the touches. Take off the screen protector to help determine of that is the issue. Also turn off the touch sensitivity with the screen protector off as well to determine if that is still an issue. There could be underlying grime, etc that is preventing the touches to register so the screen and the protector may need to be cleaned.

Anyway, if the touches are still an issue without the screen protector after the screen on the phone was cleaned, open the the Device Care app, scroll down to "Diagnostics" and open that then run the phone diagnostics. You can skip over network connections etc, but let it do the sensor checking. See if the touches fail.

I have the same issue. On my S25, the navigation buttons activate, but their functions don't work. By activate, I mean they highlight with an audible "click". By don't work, I mean nothing happens. Home doesn't take me to the home screen, back doesn't do anything, even in common places where it should, such as in chrome to get to a previous page. Etc...
I've had my S25 less than a month. This glitch has always been there. It happened infrequently at first so I made sure my system and show were up to date. After a couple weeks I cleared the cache as recommended. Those things seemed to help but it's continued and only gotten worse. Now it's practically all the time and my phone is almost unusable as many times there's no way to get out of an app except restarting the phone. I'm desperately looking for a permanent solution.

I'm having the exact problem with my 1 week old S25 Edge. HORRIBLE!!!

I haven't shipped my old A52 back yet. Heading to a store front today to turn in this poor excuse for a customer friendly device. Would rather keep an older but working phone than this infuriating device.
