Does anyone else's fingerprint not seem to work since the last update? My fingerprint sensor will work randomly and then most times doesnt. I tried re-registering it but nope, doesnt get past the 20%. I dont have a screen protector on and it isn't scratched on the sensor area. I have the s25 ultra

if you're using samsung pass you're better off switching to google password manager, since most samsung apps are dysfunctional. you should check if your sensor is working in diagnostics occasionally.

I tried that but it tells to register it and it doesn't get past that part so it doesn't really tell me if the sensor is working or not in the diagnostic. Everything else did pass though

No! It used to pick it up randomly but then it stopped and i deleted it and tried registering a fingerprint that thing keeps telling me keep my finger inside the circle when it is 😑. And I love the fingerprint cause I have apps (like my kids doctors) that I open with the fingerprint cause I always forget the password lol

aw that sucks, that's my biggest fear! you should go get the phone checked at a center or talk with an agent / submit a report on the support section 💔

That's as far as it goes lol then it tells me keep my finger in the circle. I had a smart tutor try to help me but they told me mail my phone in which takes 5-7 business days and i can't do that. 1777921179045.jpg

you're better off scheduling an appointment and take it in person, you can search for the nearest help center in the support tab on here.

or try remote management, they can try to troubleshoot it in real time for you.

I found one but I gotta drive an hour to send it to a tech. Smart tutor tried troubleshooting it but he said its hard without physically seeing the phone
