When Iโm trying to multitask between apps, Iโve noticed loads of them just close instead of staying open. I end up having to go back to the home screen and search for the app again every time, which is doing my head in. Iโve even tested it by closing everything and just opening one app, but as soon as I flick up/switch, the app closes and I get a message saying โno apps used recently.โ This is happening across loads of apps, for example: ChatGPT Gemini YouTube Amazon Banking apps Gmail Photos Claude Deliveroo So itโs not just one app. This was happening on my old S23 FE, and I thought upgrading to the S25 would fix itโฆ but the exact same issue is still happening. Iโm fully up to date, and Iโve already checked all the usual stuff: RAM / memory Battery optimisation Navigation bar / gestures Background limits Pretty much everything I can think of โ Iโve tried it. Iโd upload a video but for some reason the forum wonโt let me. Has anyone else had this or knows whatโs causing it? Iโm completely stuck at this point.
@Ghost2me To see if this is caused by a 3rd party app, boot into safe mode. While in safe mode run a test with a couple of Samsung apps. If operation is normal, you know that the issue is caused by some 3rd party app which you have installed.
