Galaxy S25- Videos won't play on any social media app, just stuck buffering.
- When I go to attach an image, the app either freezes or just shows no images available to attach.
- Texts won't come through, my notifications just say "messages is doing work in the background" and when I go to check my messages, there's new messages there that I wasn't notified about.
- One of my routines for work has an exception for certain contacts to allow to come through the DND, but when I went to check the settings, there's just a bunch of "deleted contact" icons.
- Some apps start bugging out and won't load properly
- I tried running a diagnostic, app froze once it reached the microphone test and crashed
- My gallery is showing blank squares where my albums/photos should be, but when I actually click on the squares it shows the image
- The camera had a glitch where it wasn't saving my photos and then when I closed and reopened the app, it told me there wasn't enough space. I restarted my phone and suddenly all the pictures I had taken appeared
- My phone showed an error (something wasn't working properly, but I can't remember what the name was) and suddenly crashed and restarted at one point
- Screenshots won't save. I screenshot and the preview pops up, but won't let me edit or view it, then suddenly switches to a preview of my notifications before disappearing
- Images disappear from my text messages. They'll show up for a bit, then suddenly disappear, and I'm not able to click and view them or even save them. It's like they don't exist

Galaxy S25If the cache was cleared for the phone itself, was that by restarting the device and going into recovery mode using "Wipe cache partition"? If that was not it, then I would try that first. Just in case...
Power down your device, then press and hold both the up volume and the side (power) buttons at the time until you see the recovery screen. When there using the volume buttons to move the highlight up or down, move it over "Wipe cache partition", press the side button, then use the volume button to highlight "Yes" , the press the side button again, then again (it will be highlighting "Reboot system now"), then it will start normally.
If that it not it or does not work after clearing the cache, I would suggest backing up your device and then resetting the phone back to factory settings. Settings/General management/Reset then click on the "Factory data reset" at the bottom and go from there. After that, set up the data connection and wi-fi again and then use it a bit to see if any of those issues arise again. If they do, then it is the phone. If not, then using your back-up could place those issues back to the device. If that was my experience, I would do the reset then reinstall everything form scratch not using a backup. Contacts, photos or personal file/docs etc are probably fine.
