Quick Panel Layout Restoring

Is the quick panel layout like the buttons order and the other tabs order restored from backup?

Samsung cloud back up is really slow. Especially if you are doing a back up for the first time.

The one time I had to use Samsung cloud for a backup, not all my settings took. Smart Switch I've never had a problem. I use a thumb drive to backup and use the thumb drive to set up.

I am unsure if I have ever had to reset my phone, let alone restore a backup.  I don't think I ever did.  Theoretically, the settings are backed up and should restore properly.

This summer when I had problems with my port, wasn't able to use it. Try a factory reset to see if that would fix the problem, it didn't. Lost all of my Themepark, HomeUp stuff.

Try moving edge panel handle position than restore a previous samsung cloud backup, just the home screen layout setting and see if edge panel handle position moves back to what the backup had

I'm on Verizon I don't have Cloud back up. Only 30 day temporary backup !
