Shortcut in Navigation bar appearing to decrease in size throughout the day?

I've observed that a shortcut placed on the right side of my navigation bar appears to progressively decrease in size throughout the day, becoming almost imperceptible, before subsequently reverting to its original larger dimension. I am curious about the reason for this behavior.

The stickman accessibility shortcut *should* remain the same size, as does every other icon on the bar.  I don't know why it's behaving that way for you.  I see you have other icons on your status bar that seem to be regular icons, I'm curious as to how you got them there.  Are you using a custom launcher?  That may be the reason  for the accessibility icon being the amazing shrinking man.  You can shift the shortcut to a floating bubble, but I suspect that would be much more annoying, as it's very hard to keep it out of the way.

You can use your own icons with NavStar, part of GoodLock.

I use Navstar. My version does not have that option, not that I would use it anyway - too distracting.

NavStar - New Configuration - tap on one of the buttons under "Icons" - the very first option is from your personal gallery.

Obviously, this only works if you choose to use the navigation buttons instead of the swipe gestures.

I did not know that.  Thanks.  You taught me something new today.  I do use navigation buttons, but I still would not put custom icons there, it's too distracting for me.  But, likely, the OPs issue stems from that customization.

Yes but how many times does the navigation ones disappear on you when you're in certain apps that's the reason I changed the icons
