Galaxy S26Just tap on the image in the message itself, as if to make it highlight, turn grey so to speak. Then cllck on the download icon on the top. It should just show up in the pictures section in the sections bar. If it does not, then open the Albums, then click "View all", there will be a messages folder that should show. Open that, select the image then chose to move it by tapping the 3 vertical dots, move to album then pictures.
