I have a brand new Fold 8 Ultra and Galaxy Watch Ultra 2. The Camera Controller on the watch just gets stuck on Loading Preview. Camera Controller, Camera App, Wearable, etc have all permissions enabled. I've tried force stopping and clearing their data. Any other ideas?

Hi @Danimal1, thank you for reaching out to the Samsung Community. The camera control feature is such a cool feature on the watches, so I can absolutely understand wanting to get it working properly. I would love to help you out.

Since you cleared the data to the camera app, camera controller and the wearable app the next option would be to force the watch to reboot.

To force a reboot on your watch, press and hold the Home key, and Back key at the same time until "Rebooting..." displays. Do not select Power off on the screen or Restart when it appears.

The length of time you need to hold down the buttons varies by device.

When the Rebooting message appears, release the keys you were holding down. The watch screen will go dark, and then the watch will reboot. At this time you can also restart your phone.

I will link an article that gives some other tips and tricks that could help resolve the problem.

If this still doesn't resolve the loading issue we suggest a Factory Reset of the watch. There are several ways to do the reset. I will link another article with all of your options.

Hello. Of course I had already tried rebooting. In the end, doing a factory reset of the watch resolved it. Not sure what caused the issue, but hopefully it's fixed for good now.
