I don't have a camera controller on my watch 7 44mm Lte yet I have a Samsung A55 5g with it. Why can't my phone?

Thank you :sparkles:️ 🥲now I have to have a Z flip for it to work....so the app is not in my watch because my phone is not compatible but if I connect my watch to a compatible phone I will see the app?
