Can someone please tell me why all the chargers that worked on my Galaxy watch 7 are no longer compatible with my Galaxy watch 9? Seems like Samsung went backwards with this.

My old chargers work on ultra2, I heard that on some watch 9 they don't work.

Yeah my bedside charger will slow charge and I do mean SLOW, but none of my travel or portable chargers will, even the puck that came with my 7 is super slow. Amazon even says not compatible with the 9 in most of their chargers so hopefully this will be resolved in some update. Thank you

I am very frustrated with this as well. The cord is too short so I have to set it on the floor. I can't use my laptop anymore to charge it either.

You can buy a USB extension cord, just make sure it meets the power requirements.

Because it has different power requirements. Did it not come with its own charging puck?

It came with the puck but the cord is only 3.3ft. My plug in is too far away from my night stand. How do I tell if it meet requirements?

You'd likely be safe with any cord rated at 25 watts or higher.
