I have done some Googling and cannot find the answer, so I thought I'd ask here.
Is there a way to change the notification categories on the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic?
I have a Google Calendar with all my things on, that I like to have coming through to my watch so I can monitor and keep organised. I also have tasks, which with google syncs to my Calendar, which is handy.
I have both the Calendar and the Tasks app on my Watch both for different use cases. Is there a way that I can stop the tasks coming through via the Calendar as I'm getting duplicated notifications, I know I can turn off the tasks app completely but it's much cleaner from there not from the calendar.

Galaxy WatchIf you are using Google Calendar, you should not be getting duplicate notifications. If the you use the tasks app separate from the Calendar and do not want the reminder from the calendar app, make sure notification categories is turned on on your phone (settings/notifications/advanced settings/manage notification categories for each app) and then go to the notification settings of the calendar app. Tap the notification categories and slide off Tasks notifications and Tasks overdue notifications. Your reminders should now only come from the task app.
All notification categories for all apps are controlled from the phone.
