Security patch

Completely made my watch unusable. Watch dies within 12 hrs. Watch thinks it's not on my wrist but it is. Battery drains SUPER quick. Horrible security patch.

Please lock this topic. It's now up to Samsung to repair or replace this watch due to them ruining the watch with a botched security patch

Trying to contact Samsung is probably the worst customer support I have came across. Texting support doesn't exist. They just keep leaving the room and no one will reply to you. Trying to call Samsung is like asking a crackhead for a dollar.

Samsung support is NOT 24 hrs 7 days a week, I can prove it.

Sorry to hear this,  I always call support if I need help with anything and they always seem to answer almost instantly.  I suggest trying again 1-800-Samsung and someone should be able to help
