HD and UHD TVsDid some research on a white spot that appeared on my TV. YouTube has many videos of people with the problem and they showed the problem: loose reflectors (unglued) that dropped off their location. Some people had several relectors that had fallen off. All explained that the reflectors fell off because the glue failed. Quality assurance problem.
Will Samsung use a stronger glue or provide free re-gluing of the reflectors?

HD and UHD TVsI can definitely understand how frustrating this may be. I can not speculate as to whether this is the cause or not because I am not a technician. I do, however, recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and the serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
