Kitchen and Family HubI have a side-by-side RS27T5200SR fridge/freezer. The ice maker itself seems to work fine. The dispenser has issues. It keep building up a sheet of ice, like a dam. It blocks any ice from falling. We have defrosted or and cleaned. Anyone have a fix for this?!

Kitchen and Family HubI have had this problem. I found that if I used the ice dispenser every day morning and night that the ice nearest the dispenser opening does not have a chance to melt/refreeze into a block. Thishas worked for me.

Kitchen and Family HubI have the expensive French Door fridge, with the tablet on the door. Every three months, the fridge stops producing ice. We have to defrost it, risk the chances of spoiling our meat in the freezer, etc. Expensive fridge repair men, who do nothing but defrost the fridge. Had to call an independent fridge repair service because Samsung does not pick up the telephone. Left numerous messages through Home Depot. Finally gave up and decided to purchase a new LG fridge. UUUGGHG.
Now my Samsung induction stove has a crack in the glass that spontaenously appeared, and now the crack is spontaneously spreading. Again, nobody at Samsung to help me get a replacement top for my expensive Samsung Stove. The oven works great. Love the features it has. But, I am afraid that soon I will not be able to cook with my induction stove if the crack makes it inoperable. Please help. My email is (Removed email for security purposes)
