Hi,
I have a Microwave Combination Wall Oven(out of warranty) and the touch screen started acting up a few months ago. It would take multiple tries tapping on the screen before any button would activate. I did a factory reset and it didn't help. The screen itself is working fine since every time I reboot the system it would work fine for a few minutes before stopping. I think it's software-related, anyone has a solution or is experiencing the same issue? Any recommendations are much appreciated.

Based on what you've described, if you've made sure the child lock is not on, then we would recommend service as the next option.
