Just had this delivered yesterday and I notice when I open the freezer drawer that the catch to open the top cover for the icemaker isn't catching. Is there a remedy for this? My fridge is level it just seems that the white clasp that is supposed to grab onto the sliding cover misses it about 2mm off.

The doors were properly aligned. I had a service rep out today and even he said he had not seen this before. He was a very intelligent young man and was able to repair the problem by adding a small clip inside the flap which helped it lower to the needed level and now it catches on the top white freezer drawer perfectly. My model is RF29BB860012AA
