Has anyone used the bread proofing? Manual says 95 degrees is default. Can you adjust? 95 seems high. I have yet to try it because the oven is terrible about maintaining an even temperature.
I have had the pleasure of using the bread proofing option quite a bit and completely understand your concern as a fellow baker. With that statement, i regret to advise "The Bread Proof function does not have a temperature adjustment option as it automatically provides the optimum temperature"
However, we do recommended if your oven temperature concerns are regarding it consistently running too hot or too cold, you can recalibrate the baseline temperature of the oven itself. I have provided the steps below to assist: To Perform a Temp Adjustment ***The oven's temperature can be adjusted ยฑ35 ยฐF (ยฑ19 ยฐC )
1) Press and hold the Clock/Setting button for 3 seconds. 2) Press Up or Down to select 1, and then press START/SET. 3) Press Up or Down to select the desired temperature you want to adjust. (-35~35) 4) Press START/SET to save the changes.
Be sure to click " โ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
