My NSI6DG9500MTAA oven doesn't hold the temperature. It will show 325, but if you bump it up to 330, it will be 276, 283, 294. It will heat to the new 330, then if you reset to 325, it will immediately show 325. It seems to maintain 375 the best. 400 or 425 will drop 25 to 50 degrees, but still show the original temperature. This variance was discovered months ago when what I was baking was nowhere close to done at the usual time. When I bumped the temp up, I saw the assumed actual, cooler temperature. Since the drop varies, I can't adjust it by a fixed amount. Do I need a new control board? It hasn't been reliable since the first time I used it. Air fry is a joke since it can't hold the temp.

Hello, OldLadyWho! Thank you for reaching out to the Samsung community regarding your oven. I'm sorry to hear about the frustrating temperature variances you've been experiencing, especially when it impacts the performance of the unit.

Based on what youโ€™ve described, it is possible that the unit is experiencing a faulty temperature sensor or an issue with the main control board. Before jumping to a hardware replacement, we would like to have you try a few specific troubleshooting steps to see if we can recalibrate the unit or identify a simple fix. I believe the last step would be a service repair, which you can find in the link as well.
