LED and OLED TVs2023 Crystal UHD TV UN65CU7000B
Apple App not loading. Just stays on Apple logo.
I have contacted Apple and they tell me it is a Samsung tv problem. The App worked until it did not.
I have completed all steps and to no avail it still is not working. This is really frustrating. All app load except the Apple app. Please find a solution.

Ultimately, if you're still having trouble, you will need to contact Apple Support for assistance again, as this will be a developers issue being as this is the only third party application within the TV's smart hub that is not functioning properly. When contacting a third party for support please ensure all TV firmware is up-to-date. You can check the current software/firmware information here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/
