I have a UN70NU6900 Samsung TV. Up to like a couple weeks ago all was working well. Now when we go into Smart Hub the Enter or Select button will not work (either on the remote or using the TV side panel) and i can't turn off the subtitles or press enter to make my movies full screen, i can't even change my Network Settings cause it's not letting me press enter, it's even letting me restore my TV to factory settings, idk what to do...is it anyway i can fix this problem? Funny thing is it lets me change from sources/inputs to the other, but i can't use them when i'm in the USB/Smart Hub options

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with this occurring, with your remote, just want to confirm have you tried the steps in the link below to fix your remote?

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01202543/

If this doesn't help I Please make sure the firmware is up to date on your unit, go to the support section in your menu to perform the software update, or visit the following link for steps on how to update for firmware: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062224

If none of the above work, the next step would be a factory reset of the television. You can find those steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077524/

That should clear up any bugs, that could be the cause of this, if it's still not working at that point please reach out to our remote management team: 1-800-726-7864. We can have someone remote in and take a look at things on the back end or perform a deeper reset on the unit.

I even tried using my phone to toggle thru options on my TV, because i can use my samsung phone as a remote cause my account is linked direct to my tv, i went from source to source, input to input, the enter button don't even work on my phone with most options so i don't see how it can be my remote,
i can't connect my wifi, lucky i have cable, because i can't stream anything, i even tried facorty resetting my tv, but it's not even letting me press enter to do that, i need this to get worked out, anymore solutions?
