Hello @Karenaj16, thank you for reaching out to the community. we are glad that you stopped by. When deleting apps it also makes a difference which apps you are trying to delete. The units come with pre-installed apps like Netflix and Samsung TV Plus that usually can't be deleted. However you should be able to go to the app on your home screen, press down, and select remove to hide the app.
