I updated my Samsung QN77S90 "Latest Firmware" and an APP my wife watched all the time disappeared. Its called globoplay and its in Portuguese language soap operas stuff. Support had me reset the tv and we did a search and nothing the app just disappeared even though it still shows as an app on Samsung's APP list online. Any help or can the technicians say if its being worked on or just plane gone? Thanks!
The license agreement for the app may have lapsed and is not included in the new firmware. If it's listed in the app list online, it could be that the list was not updated for the new firmware. If you don't find it in the TV's app store, it is likely gone.
