Hello,
I have a new QN42S90DAEXZA with updated software. I also have a new PDP Replay Controller paired to the TV.
My issue is that when I try to use the function+volume up, function+volume down, and function+mute/unmute it doesn't work as expected. I get an error message on the TV screen "This function isn't available."
Any ideas how to resolve this issue? One of the primary reasons I purchased the controller was for these button features.
