I have a 50" Samsung TV. I searched for the Directv Stream app and downloaded it. It shows "Install" on the screen. I click on Install and it changes to "Cancel" if I want to cancel. I wait about 30 seconds or so and it goes right back to "Install". For some reason I can not get it to actually install the app.
I have updated the Samsung TV to the latest software.
