Have 2 TVs with TVPlus. Why would 1 have twice as many channels as the other?

The TV did have the same channels as the later, but then were "taken" away.

I don't beleive it is app restricted as TVPlus is resident on both TVs.

Very disappointed in my Samsung TVs.

Hi there, Thanks for asking about this. There are many factors that could be causing different channels to show up on your two TVs. First, could you provide the model numbers for each TV? Next, when you did the initial set up for the TVs, did you enter the same location and service provider information? Lastly, have you checked to verify both TVs are on the same software versions?
